ZH extension ring
Introduction
The ZH extension ring is a type of electric power link fitting. The ZH extension ring and QU type ball eye are very similar, both being connection fittings used on overhead power line poles and towers. The ZH extension ring can be used to connect suspension clamps and U shackles, combining suspension insulators and suspension clamps to form a suspension string. It is used for hanging wires vertically on line poles and towers in order to prevent the metal ball head from directly colliding with the suspension insulator. The ZH extension ring is commonly used in electric power construction, with its main shapes being Q type and QP type, both of which are used for connection purposes. In addition to playing a connecting role, the ZH-type right-angle hanging ring also has a protective effect to ensure power transmission. Its material is Q235B; it undergoes hot forging during the manufacturing process; and its surface treatment involves hot-dip galvanizing.
